1. Our leasing agent was initially quite friendly but the day we signed there was a discrepancy in cost on her part that we wanted to clarify. When we arrived and greeted her, she snorted, rolled her eyes, and kept walking.
She also had advised that my partner didn't need to be on the lease as this would be cheaper. Later, we received a notice that we would be charged a fine for an "unauthorized person". When I addressed this she she told her manager my partner was just visiting. This put me in an uncomfortable position.
2. Not a secure property, the gates are open every day, all day. Homeless wander the property and dig through dumpsters. They have a security agent who sits in his car all night (see photo of running car in front of leasing office).
3. Numerous maintenance requests needed when first moved in. They were never followed to completion without constant babysitting. Numerous times a staff member would come over and look at something and say they had to go get something and would be right back, only to never show up again. Often times, there was no record of our maintenance requests so they had to be reentered, weeks later.
4. There are chicken bones EVERYWHERE. No I'm not joking. I walk my dog 3 times a day and each time she finds a chicken bone.
5. The business center is supposed to be open daily during business hours but it apparently has to be staffed by a lady named Jen Who is rarely there. You have to call her directly to let her know that you want to use the business center and only if she's available to come let you in can you use it
Good area. I do like that they provide dog receptacles all over the property.
