Bought a couple of wool coats at local thrift stores and decided they needed a tuneup before wearing them. Read the Yelp reviews of local dry cleaners (since I was hoping to find an alternative to the well-known chain that routinely got less than stellar reviews) and saw this one at the top of the list. Brought the coats in, plus my % off coupon from their website, and they did a great job! One of the coats had a faux leather strip on the edge, the staff member who did the intake was a bit concerned with how it might react to the dc chemicals so she dabbed a tiny part (on the inside) with a q-tip and showed me that it made a slight wrinkle - we agreed that the coat would be better off with a non chemical tuneup (shave and press). I can only imagine what might have happened if I brought it to a place that didn't check that strip before dumping chemicals on it. Thanks, Right Touch!
