  • Just had my windshield repaired by Jordan. The service was fast and quality! I had called around to a few different auto glass repair facilities and ended up using Southwestern. I was avoiding using my insurance coverage and wanted to pay cash. Another company tried pressuring me into using my insurance deductible and unnecessary repairs. When I called back to Southwestern and told them, they researched again to make sure they hadn't missed something. After checking it out and telling me the extra repairs were not necessary at all, they actually found the parts I needed for cheaper and saved me and extra $20. All and all, completely satisfied with the work that has been done and really appreciate the extra steps taken to actually save me some money!
