SLOW! SLOW! SLOW! Check-in and check-out desk is horrible when it comes to pace. Checking in at 1a, 3 reps at the desk, 2 people ahead of me and the reps act like they were completely clueless. Rooms keys were not being activated properly, they could not figure out correct room placing, and they were laughing and talking among each other about random stuff. Girl that finally helped us after 14 mins was actually nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, no complaints there. Check out at 4a, 1 person working the desk doing check in and check out, 3 people ahead of me. Not sure what was going on at the desk, but lady in front was complaining about trying to check out for past 10 mins. That was my que to just drop key card in express check out box and hope my bill is accurate.
FYI, Subway girls that nite made me want to pull out my hair. Let's just say, speed and good customer service is not something that was practiced this weekend.
