  • I've rented here before, usually satisfactorily. I reserved a small SUV ("Nissan Rogue or similar"). I got an AWD Chevy Traverse. I wanted a small SUV as my wife will be taking it on a long trip (and I'll be taking it on a shorter one myself first) and wanted high seating and smallish overall size. Everyone is polite at this location, but acted surprised when I said, "this isn't what I reserved". EPA rating 15 city/22 hwy.; in comparison, Rogue is 33 city/35 hwy. They gave me the 3/4 tank of gas in it for free; honestly, this probably won't cover the difference in MPG. Vehicle was dirty too but they did wash it while I waited. I don't expect anything for free; just give me what the hell I reserved. I might add, the tires and wheels are enormous and at 26K miles, I fully expect them to "sing" the whole way down I-71 and back, sigh.
