If your exercise routine is in a rut or you just need a way to push your body to try new things, this place is your spot! The classes range from anti-gravity yoga (a must-try!), pole dancing, aerial (my favorite), core, and silks. I tried a variety and found them all challenging, but doable. The instructors are all kind and helpful. They push you enough to make you sweat and sore, but support you when attempting something new. Membership is a bit pricey, so you might need to take a break from your regular gym routine to afford it, but your body won't miss it a bit because you'll be working muscle groups you didn't even know you had and finding yourself able to do things you never thought you could (Who knew I could actually do headstand!!)
