  • If you care about your pets the way I do...treat them with love and care like you would your own children... Dont you want to make sure your vet is the absolute BEST in his or her field? We moved to the area about a year ago and have seen many of the Dr.'s at this practice and have been very pleased. We have had two very difficult situations to deal with and it has been heart wrenching but Dr. Cohen and Dr. Ketchem has been absolutely incredible! Dr. Cohen has called each time we are there to follow up, Dr. Ketchem is UNBELIEVABLE in the sense that his bedside manner, his warmth and caring nature has been like nothing I have ever seen before along with his knowledge and expertise. I know Dr.'s get "desensitised" because they see so much, but these two....RARE GEMS in every sense of the word. Yes I am an overprotective pet mommy but my babies didnt ask for me to be their mommy so its my honor to give them the best life I can and with Dr. Ketchem and Dr. Cohens expertise and help I know I can. They have been wonderful as far as following up with the neurologist, the emergency vet med clinic and all in all so approachable and ALWAYS go that extra mile.I also want to point out how WONDERFUL the entire staff is there, they ALWAYS do what they can to work you in when its good for you and ALWAYS a smile on their faces and helpful...they are all absolutely wonderful! Truly, if you care about your pets the way I do...YOU need to CALL them and make them your vet. They truly are g-d sents....What other vet do you know of that is opened 7 days a week with hours like they have???? I would bet NONE......GO see Dr. Ketchem or Dr. Cohen ...YOU wont be sorry and neither will your pets!
