One of the fundate things my bestie and I do is go to Ikea. So when the Ikea Pop-Up came along, I had to go!
I was greeted by a friendly staff telling me how their shopping cart system work. You get a wooden spoon, and tap it on the items that you want to get.
Wander around to each room to get new ideas and explore their products.
The dessert area has a mountain of chocolates for free.
The dining area offers design inspirations.
The pantry and kitchen gives you an idea on how you can be more organised. (Apparently mason jars is the answer). There's also two virtual reality kitchens to look at. Direct from Sweden.
The garden area is by far my favourite! There's a "GROW" wall giving you seeds to grow your own herbs. Lots of books are in this room and since it's surrounded by windows, the staff in this room suggested I grab a book and have a seat. I could have been in this room for hours on a bench or the beautiful green chair and all the pillows!
They also have food samples in the afternoon, so definitely come around then.
I ended up buying a few things that I actually needed, but going home with so much more. They have a few free items. Going home now and growing my herb garden.
