  • I called them for the two room at $39 special. They came over a few days later. Had the portable cleanning machine which never does a good job. I have a small one bedroom apartment. I moved all the furniture out of the way. The living room has some stains from walker and mobility scooter. They said it would need special chemicals and cost me $150 for the job. I told them forget about it, way too much money. The technician said he would call up his supervisor. Told me they would do the job for $100 discounted. I said I would agree if they can guarantee the job would be done right. Then they demand I pay in cash because the credit card machine wasn't working. I told them I had only $30 on me so they are out of luck. They wouldn't accept a check. Then the technician called up the supervisor and then said I could use my credit card. I did agree so he ran it but for $70 instead of $100 as we agreed. The technician said I could pay the $30 in cash for the difference. Not what I agreed on, I asked them to re-write the receipt but he refused, said he made the corrections on it. I was not happy with their attitude and this mistake. He went into the bedroom for a few minutes and said it was clean. The he started on the livingroom and had his helper spray blue liquid which looked like windex. Started scrubbing the stains and spreading it out all over my carpet. Then using the cleanning machine afterwards. I looked and pointed out all the places they missed. They looked at me then said they were done, only 12 minutes later. I said the stains are still there and they said when it dries out it would look better. I said it doesn't work that way. It needs to be cleaned again. Told me if I wasn't happy with their job to call the supervisor. I tried several days and left messages with the lady that answers the phone. Finally I spoke to the supervisor told him what happened. He said the stains are many years old it would have to be done again for $150 more. I said this was a new aparment and 1 1/2 years old so they were wrong. I said this was not acceptable since they did a very poor job. The supervisor did nothing to resolve this matter. He then said there was no guarantee because I didn't pay for chemicals to do the job. I pointed out it was on the receipt. But he did not want to hear anything more on it. I contacted my credit card company about this issue. They are liars and scammers right from the start till the end. I noticed they have a favorable review posted every month to pushed down the bad but true reviews. Do not fall for it!
