The company I work for banks with Wells Fargo so I'm in this branch several times a week. My main complaint with Wells Fargo in general is they are much to aggressive in their customer service/ sales tactic. When I stop in to make deposits I do not want to make small talk with the teller. I want to get my banking done and be on my way. A simple Hi, how is your day is perfectly acceptable but asking what I did over the weekend isn't any of their business....also, the teller asking me these questions slows down the entire process. I also do not want to bring my personal banking over to Wells Fargo and they ask me this each and every time I walk in the door. By the way, when you walk in the double doors you are immediately approached by a sales person asking "what brought me in today". It's extremely annoying and I cringe each time I have to go in there. I manage a business and 5 star customer service is what we all strive for but Wells Fargo just takes it too far.
