  • I've been to this salon numerous times through the years. Today I find out they've moved in Southpark mall. The individual on the phone thinks the mall is only one level so directions were of no use whatsoever. I wanted my sister to learn the sanitizing process to look for from a salon. Upon asking I speak to someone who doesn't speak or understand English well. She refers me to someone else who tells me is in the back. And? I ask if we're going to be shown she says loud and over and over have a seat. Note, we weren't told to sign in or asked what we wanted. Two Causian ladies walk in they're immediately asked. I'll NEVER go back!!! Rude customer service is never acceptable & I have to now wonder about there cleanliness. I strongly don't recommend this salon
