  • Excellent Veterinary Clinic! Dr. Costa is outstanding in every way. In a time when all the major Veterinary clinics are being absorbed into larger conglomerations (like Banfield-Petco etc) it's wonderful to see a clinic owned and operated by the veterinarian. Dr Costa is an excellent diagnostician! She efficiently identifed and very sucessfully resolved my dogs issues without massive unnecessary expensive tests. The Big Busness Conglomeration Vet Clinics really bloat their billings with expensive (often unnecessary) blood tests. It's a money maker for them. On one trip I made to Banfield I was charged over $600 for blood tests that they REQUIRED FOR my dog. When they didn't find the problem I still had to go to another vet (a private clinic just like Spencer Springs). This Vet immediately found the dog had an absessed TOOTH. Tooth removed. Problem resolved. I still had to pay for the unnecessary blood tests to Banfield though. SPENCER SPRINGS and Dr. Costa are a privately owned Veterinarian Hospital offering excellent real world individualized health care for your pet. Highly Recommended.
