  • Great service but I was almost overwhelmed by all the bills from sister "Arizona Endoscopy Center XXX" agencies sending me bills. I followed their core procedure directions and called their office to make sure I'd know what was happening with billing and was told that I had to call 24 hours before. I did, left a message and NEVER was called back. If you need services but want to be very clear about who and where and what is going to bill you, then please go somewhere where they will be much more forthcoming about all the bills you will receive (and return calls when you try to do this, I called 2 days prior and was told to call back the next day... really????). Having said that, the service was great but the billing process I've gone through after going here has been confusing and is disappointing.
