  • I've been here about 3 times since they opened at Scottsdale Quarter. Pretty straightforward cut and color. I recently made an appointment to get a color for a Thursday evening. The Wednesday before around 7 pm, I was called to have the appointment rescheduled because the person was going to be out. Little disappointed because I wanted the color before the weekend, but scheduled for Monday. Went in for my appointment today and found out my appointment was cancelled again. Was told I was called and left a vm a couple hours earlier, that the person went on leave on Friday. I don't like my time wasted and should have been called Friday or over the weekend. I didn't reschedule again. I understand it's a school, but remember your clients time.
