DO NOT GO HERE if you can help it! I'm only giving this store three stars because of one associate named Alisha (not sure of name spelling) and her kindness, otherwise it would be none!
Took my daughters phone here to be fixed in November. And even though it was still under warranty and Sprint Customer Service called them, they tried to charge us. Had to come there again this week to pick up a couple of promotional items that their sister store in Fitchburg didn't have (another long story) and heard a clerk tell the young lady that "so and so told them to check us out and get us out of there." WTF?? Because Ur manager at the Fitchburg store didn't or wouldn't do his job this time and unfortunately I had to come there, U treat me and my daughter like crap??
If U must go, ask for associate Alisha. She was very kind and didn't pay any attention to the rude guy who then interrupted her again to tell her she was doing something wrong, when she wasn't as she was checking us out the way the person who was in charge told her too. I apologized to her for causing any problems and she told me not too worry about it. She then called us two days later to check and make sure the promotional items were working!
Thanks Alisha for being kind and respectful. If I ever have to come there again, I will call ahead of time to make sure U are working, otherwise I won't be. I'll go to the far east side first, for any major issues!
