  • Today I made a purchase for several movies and before leaving the store I checked my receipt to find that they had over charged me by 20 dollars. I brought it to their attention and showed them the sale price sticker on the movie. The item was taken to their manager who came out several minutes later and told me he wouldn't honor their price and told me the price had been tampered. I found the item in a sale area un tampered. Since he would not honor the price on their product I asked for a refund. After years of loyalty you have lost me as a customer.
