The worst experience ever! I purchase 2 yr basic membership from Cosco in Sep, 2014 for my husband so he can play basketball with his friends every week.
In Jan, they decided to play at this location which requires super sport membership. The front desk personal told them that the high rate will be deducted from their current membership which is understandable. The guy asked for their credit card for future use and promised that they won't be charged. However, everyone's credit card was charged 34 dollars for 2 months when we found out in Feb. I called the manager twice and left msg but he never called back so I went over to talk to him. He told me that he was waiting for the response from the corporate office, and he agreed with my point that our credit cards should not have been charged. But again, he never contact me after!
I contacted the corporate office, the gentleman was super nice! He cancelled the super sport membership for us and we got the refund for those 2 months. However, when my husband and his friends went in April, he was told that he owed them 4 months fee, and that he actually signed contact with them for 1 yr. No one was told about this contract thing when they first went.
I contacted the corporate office again and was told that we don't owe them anything. The super sport membership was cancelled in Feb.
My husband and his friends decided to go regular 24 fitness gym only. We thought all these problems were behind us. But on June 22, 2015 my husband and 3 of his friends were told that all of their membership were cancelled. How could that happen? 2 year membership ended within a yr? Now I need to contact the corporate office again! It seems like this nightmare would never end!
