  • And what a happy happy Burstday it was!! I really love Pinky's. I've been to their other location a handful of times but had never been up to the one in Huntersville. It was a little bit of a trek for my South Charlotte self, but totally worth it. It was fun meeting New Elites too, this was a great crowd! Between the shot glasses, sunglasses and party hat swag kingdom that took over the tables and the free Sierra Nevada beers that my server kept stocked at the table - I never had to get up! ...ok, fine, let's be honest... until the food came out. Thank you to Sierra Nevada for the beers, and Sailor Jerry for the mixed drinks! (And to my boyfriend for the ride home...) I was thrilled to see the white trash burger sliders hit that table. This is by far my favorite Pinky's burger with cheese, fried pickles and I think onion rings too. Everything was delicious, hot and fresh. Nikki had us all set with drinks and food inside, games outside, and an awesome swag cup to take home. This event was a total success. Thank you Pinky's for having us, and Nikki for rocking it out all year! Cheers to the next!!
