  • Completely dead and when I finally found someone to direct me to where their External CD/DVD Drives were, I was given two wrong isles. Then I went up to the front to ask and she asked someone through her microphone thing with no response. She then went to the. Ack and asked someone who put me in the right direction. As I was browsing, the person who told her where it was finally came out to ask if I found everything alright. I get it, slow day, bad day, but c'mon people. Where your customer service?
