Sunny Supermarket has been slowly expanding within the city as they have become something of a household name in hybrid supermarkets catering to both east and south Asians. Earlier on, they had something of an identity crisis, but now they have found the right balance of selections from Indian to Chinese and everything in between.
The food is consistently fresh, the place is remarkably clean (compared to other supermarkets) and the people are friendly, but it's always packed and you may run into some shove happy customers. Other than that, they have definitely breathed new life into the once failing Plaza but now with the increased foot traffic, the future is looking better for Flemingdon Plaza.
