rev:text	Tim and the Desert Data Team deserve high praise. After going to Best Buy with a hard drive failure, and having Best Buy be unsuccessful, I took it to Tim with only little hopes of recovery. Tim was able to recover all of the data, and keep me informed of the progress all along the way; and all at a fair price. I would highly recommend Desert Data Recovery, and it will be my first call should any further issues arise.
