  • Difficult to get ahold of the rep who called ME, initially, dealership wanted to charge in excess of $100 to install two small snap-in plastic parts, did job at home in 5 minutes, messed with my climate settings (I didn't even know a Volt HAD a 'min' temperature, was fun getting that indication figured out...) was told they would charge the car, and didn't. Advised sales rep that I was on a timetable, and she had the car put through the carwash before I could pick it up anyways. But at least it was relatively cheap.
