It's been about three months since this place opened and I like the concept of modernizing the Bento lunch. The compartments are comprised of your choice of protein (chicken, pork, beef or salmon) on a bed of rice, assorted pickled vegetables, a sausage (yup), salad and to my surprise, hard boiled quail eggs wrapped in bacon. This concept is concieved by the owner who runs it with his wife. There are bowls also similarly topped. I tried the squid salad ( there's more) and it was spot on.
I will be back and I wish this place all the best!
