| - I would not recommend this agent to anyone I know. When writing my quote it changed 3 separate times getting more expensive each time of course. I did sign up with his company, and my first bill never showed up as Mr Hoffer's office made some mistakes on their part filling out paperwork on new policy. I signed up for paperless billing and automatic withdrawal from my account. I never received my paperless billing email, although they did take out 2 monthly payments, and then I received a demand for an additional premium of $250 per 6 months because of Hoffer's office making an error while setting up my account and putting in the incorrect email address. I called the office to try remedy the situation , and never received a call back, called his personal cell phone ( He gave it to me, I was thinking I would get personalized service, I was very wrong to assume this, he clearly doesn't care about the customer much past the initial sale, but he sure conned me into signing up through his company, I actually paid an extra premium (about $400 for 6 month term) to go with his company because I thought I was actually going to get the excellent service he told me he gives to all of his customers . so after about a week of not getting any calls back I went into his office and sat with him. explained to him where he made the mistakes and he agreed and said ok he'll get it straitened out. after sitting with him in his office while he was on phone with the provider, he finally says that he can't do anything about it even though he made the mistake. I finally talked to the same person he was talking to on the phone and we discussed the situation and the person at the insurance company agreed with me an actually fixed the problem and the issues with the additional premium. Again no thanks to Mr Hoffer. he said there was nothing he could do, yet I talked to the exact same person on his phone in his office and she actually did something about it. That was at the beginning of out relationship. I have called and asked a few different questions about coverage's and other things over the last 5 months and I never receive a call back from him personally. He has had his office people call me back, but while I had direct questions for him, He Never returned my calls, yet while I was shopping for new insurance , he amazingly returned every one he didn't answer promptly. AGAIN DON"T BE FOOLED BY A SLICK WILLIE SALES PERSON, HE OVER PROMISES AND UNDER DELIVERS.... Luckily I never had to deal with him on a claim I was fortunate in that respect. I am defiantly not renewing with his office a very poor office with terrible customer service when you need it, but amazing how helpful they are when they are trying to collect money from you... BEWARE
