  • Customer service- poor. Teller wait time, very poor. Management. Changing the rules every day. Poor. I have come to this bank 4 days in a row to close my account after it was hacked (BofA offered NO support or help with this) so we are switching banks. Every time I come back they give me another reason I can't close the account. This bank is bad, BofA is a joke, and I will never bank here again.
