  • This place is an absolute nightmare! I found this place on google, read the reviews and decided to give them a try. I purchased a bedroom on apr 19th,paid in full in cash. It wasn't until today, AUG 7th that I FINALLY have everything I needed to complete my purchase. The initial delivery was about 2-3 weeks later than I was told. The bed delivered was the display model with a broken drawer. I was told (the day of delivery) that this is temporary and I would be receiving a new bed within another 2-3 weeks. About 2 MONTHS later I finally get a bed delivered after many unanswered and unreturned calls and voice mails, I finally get the delivery, the bed delivered was similar to the one I order, but it had less drawers. ( it was a storage bed). I called and complained and it wasn't until after I threatened them with the cops and better business bureau that I was correctly compensated for being forced to accept a bed I did not choose. There was one sales man there (Keba) who, even when moved to a different location did everything In his power to attempt to compensate me for this company's horrible customer services and lack of communication! They do not care about their customers and once they have your money, everything down to their delivery team SUCKS! I even repainted my walls after their first delivery of the wrong bed because my walls had been scratched up so badly. THINK LING AND HATD BEFORE YOU GIVE YORU MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!
