  • The office ladies are extremely rude!!! Every single time I have to go into the office they are short with me and never act like they want to help out. They act like I am inconveniencing them! I put in a work order and it took them about a week and a half to get to it! My gate latch was broke! It took them 5 min to finally fix it but almost two weeks to get to it! I just put in another work order over the phone and she kept cutting me off and over talking me. I made a point to be nice but these woman don't care. So sick of being treated poorly and I am counting down the days until my lease is up!
