  • Today was the first time I've visited this location. I wasn't greeted, not really acknowledged while shopping, etc. I did ask a question and the associate answered politely, but wasn't bubbly. She seemed as though she didn't want to be bothered. Very disappointed. It's rare that I leave a Kate Spade store without buying anything. I'll probably just keep driving to the outlet store in Gaffney. It's way bigger, better selection, and the staff is really attentive.
