I read about this place in Nate Silver's Burrito Bracket and being an out-of-towner I penciled it in as a definite for a visit. It's proximity to the airport made it an easy jaunt after landing. The place is not much to look at, but I choose to believe that's because they are focused on a great product and not touching up the paint. I had a hard time choosing, but I ultimately settled on the Oaxaca Special burrito. It comes with beef chorizo, beans, potatoes, and cheese. Generally I prefer a few more ingredients in my burrito, but they did a lot with a little. I thought I would miss having rice or pico de gallo or hot sauce in my burrito, but I did not. The ingredients were all quality and were liberally apportioned. Even the tortilla was high quality. I also give their salsa (located between the soda machines in a pump) high marks. I'm glad I made it in.
