  • I lived here for about a year a half and it was BY FAR, the BEST residential rental experience of my life. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about the property, the office and the maintenance team. The rent is a bit high, but you get what you pay for and then some in terms of quality, service and location. To keep it simple, here were my favorite things about living here: - Maintenance and groundskeepers on top of their game every single day - If you need something (a lightbulb, bug spray, etc) they get to you very quickly, I submitted a request for a light replacement and it was fixed 20 minutes later. -SUPER pet friendly community -Location is amazing, quite and close to high quality grocers and general shopping + more -Everyone in the leasing office is super friendly and helpful, I always had pleasant experiences with everyone - Their online system for paying rent/maintenance/etc. was SUPER easy to use, unlike other places I have lived. Overall, I only left because I am moving cities for a few years and I am very sad I will no longer be living here. Thanks for everything Camden!! When I move back to the valley I have plans to live here again!
