  • Tell me if I'm wrong but I was given two gifts from a friend from out of state at Arizona Bike Leather!with a receipt. All tags were on. First it's not my style and I'm not a biker or leather person plus the boots didn't fit me. Second when I called them they said I could only do in store credit with a receipt. Ok that I had! But first I tried to sell the merchandise on line way under the cost. No luck there so I went to the store for an in store credit. They said that I couldn't exchange or have an in store credit since it was purchased with a credit card. What good is a receipt if you can't exchange or have an in store credit. Let's keep in mind this is their product so this wasn't purchased elsewhere, the boots and purse still had all tags and the merchandise was still on their shelves in store. So I just left the products there. So if any of you buy anything from there know your receipt isn't any good at all! Poor poor poor customer service!!!!
