  • I never came to read the reviews. I went a year ago and didn't like my experience with the doctor. She seemed to just not know much about what I came in for(cyst on my head). I wanted it removed and she wanted to just give me antibiotics for it and I have had it for 10 years. But I gave them another chance and came for acne simply because I wanted to get in quick. There's never any wait time, they call me right in. The front office staff is fine, never had any issues with them. My doctor gives me a medication that is used for blood pressure and acne at 200mg a day. It immediately gave me heart issues and so we stopped the medication. My friend who is a pharmacist said she should have never given me such a high dose. So then she calls in a topical that needs authorization. Which she never gets and I'm told by the staff it can take up to two weeks. Finally a week later they use a mail order pharmacy that is sending me another topical. The MA's are very good with getting back to you, so I appreciate that. I rate this so low because I just don't feel like I have had a good experience with this doctor and I have never had a bad experience with doctors. My doctor was Dr. Pearl. Very nice and pretty doctor, but definitely won't be going back.
