  • Waited at the ordering speaker in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no response or "I'll be right with you" of any kind. Then waited another 7 minutes for our order and they still got it wrong. And I mean totally wrong. Not one of those you-put-whip-when-I-asked-for-none kind of wrongs but a you-gave-me-a-chai-tea-latte-when-I-ordered-an-iced-caramel-macchiato kind of wrong. THEN they gave me the completely wrong order a second time!! I mean COME ON!! Highly disappointed with the wait time and lack of courtesy. Will not be back to this location.
