  • Went in to fix an issue with an iPhone 6. I had an appointment, but was still left to wait 10 minutes before any interaction from a employee. I was then given advice to do exactly what I had done prior to visiting the store. Next I waited as the "genius" scrambled around the store to help other customers as I was left helpless. All in all it was a sub par experience.
