After posting my review last night, I got this response from the owner. I appreciate the quick response and I'll gladly go back to meet the owner and give it another shot.
"Sincerely sorry to hear about your experience last night. I'll find out what happened because we truly strive to provide a great experience in both food and service. If you decide to give us another chance, please introduce yourself to me or Kevin the GM, who was out sick last night, and we'll do our best to make up for last nights experience. Thanks for the feedback, we'll use it to get better."
