  • This review has been a long time coming. I've been a customer since they were in Erin Mills Town Centre (now at the back of South Common Mall) and keep coming back any time I need things done. Over time my family has had shoes fixed, resoled, cleaned up, and effectively brought back to life. They're a family run business and are great at what they do, so your outside the box issues with belts and accessories can get sorted out too - I once had a leather portfolio which was shedding inside and unusable. One trip and some fresh lining made it look like new again. I lived in the UK for a while and didn't come across comparable cobblers there when my shoes got beat up. Even now that I live downtown I take my stuff here because I know it'll be done well and it's a pleasure seeing them. Sam's has been my well kept secret for some time, and now you know.
