  • HORRIBLE "customer service" ... Bought a Groupon (which THEY put out) and tried to order a cake. Of course the Groupon had piles of stipulations so I wasn't opposed to spending more money. First I called, THREE TIMES & received no call back. Then I emailed TWICE & finally got a rude response about the cake I wanted not being enough for my party .... Ok. It's for show, not eating so that doesn't matter. Then I was told I'd have to pay 65 for design, which is fine. Then I was told that for 100 bucks all I got was a sheet cake with Buttercream icing .... I can buy that for 25 at the grocery store honey .... FINALLY when I asked for a quote on the cake I WANTED she said, "we are booked on your date & Groupon is great about refunds" ..... Bitch, I never gave you a date. Book with these folks if you'd like to be milked for money & treated poorly!!!!!
