| - Horrible. From being ignored as I stood in front of a register to pick up an online order.. To listening to not one or two... But FIVE different employees cursing and talking crap just inches from me.
The first employee to help me was nice.. But he also told me that we need to hurry up because he's off in seven minutes and I'm going to be cutting into his weekend. I was taken back when he used profanity in front of me. Let's be honest, I curse, a lot, but I would never do so at work!! Especially with a guest of customer!! So that employee leaves me, because the person I needed was on the phone. I stood and waited for a while while he finished his phone call.
When he hung up, you'd think I'd at least get an acknowledgement that I was there, like a "I'll be right with you" but nope! Nothing! So I continued to stand and wait. Listening to him curse, and be upset about whatever problem.. Finally some other guys come over and asked if I've been assisted. I told him the situation and he got the guy that was on the phone to help me.
They asked for my order number (which since I was picking up an order for my friend, he text me the order number so I had to show the guy my phone) as he is looking at my phone to get the order number, he says "you weren't being ignored, I was just on a 45 minute call with someone that had an issue before you". I was kind of thrown off that he had said that.. Like, did I tell him he was ignoring me?! NO!!! This jerk read my text message to my friend!!!! When he had my phone he scrolled through the text message that had the order number and read that I told my friend "I'm just standing here being ignored lol" WTF?! He really read my text message?! WOW!! I've never!!!
So, all in all a horrible experience. I'm thankful that the Best Buy I usually go to is nothing like this place! I won't be going back here ever again.
