  • Yes, we have a new manager here and I know she is trying to fix things. However, we have many vehicles here with expired license plates or no plates at all. First time I have ever lived in a "luxury" apartment where you are allowed to store recreational vehicles in assigned covered spots for YOUR CAR. This takes up the few unassigned spots near the buildings for others to park as these people take those places as well. There us lots of unassigned parking but not in any convenient locations. Have noticed a difference in the type of people moving in, NOT the type you'd expect to be living in a luxury complex. This was always the best most upscale property in the area. I watched it be built when I lived near by. I can't say this any longer. The property is beautiful and you don't hear noise from the outside when in your apartment. I'm leaving in 2 weeks. Rent is very high for what you get. Wish the had a play area for the children. I will update one more time when I leave and let you know how the move out went and how quickly I received my deposit
