  • Horrible service! Really - Saturday afternoon and only one employee? The poor kid was working his butt off, but he kept answering the phone and pricing out used games when the line was literally wrapped around the store. We went in to by a gaming system for my son, and because it was so busy, we couldn't ask questions or get advice. We left without buying anything. I'm sure they have great staff - but really need to anticipate needs better than this.
