Apparently I really enjoy drinking in warehouses with stills in them - I've hit a few! They make quite delicious rums here and some very tasty cocktails with that rum. Nice industrial bar with stools and a few booths with the area a bit open to the warehouse so you can see the gorgeous copper stills. Parking is a bit tricky and most everyone had literally pulled up onto the sidewalks outside to park.
We sampled 4 rums: white, spiced and 2 'tails' that had been distilled 3 times and were higher in alcohol. We ordered a barrel aged rum Old Fashioned, a white rum Dark and Stormy and a Painkiller with white rum, pineapple juice & coconut that tasted very tropical. All were very well prepared.
Definitely a fun stop and we've seen their products all over Pittsburgh, so they're clearly making a name for themselves.
