I had an issue with a "sound" coming from my right front wheel. Having done a simple suspension lift and had the alignment done immediately after, I couldn't figure out why it showed itself. I took it to one guy and he said it was my lower ball joint, so I had him repair it. Still didn't fix it. Took it to another guy and told him to go ahead and check camber and toe on the alignment. Said there was an issue with the toe-in and it "could have been the problem"....still didn't fix it.
I asked Zack and Mike about it and IMMEDIATELY...they say "it's your wheel bearing". They take it for a 1 minute test ride and confirm. While there, WE looked at the other one too, and decided it was on it's way to being the same problem. They didn't try to upsell me, but instead let me feel the roughness in the other rotor and simply "recommended" I keep an eye out on the other one too.
They removed and replaced the two rotor/hub assemblies in about an hour and a half. Car rides 20X better than it did, and considering I can't remember how long it's been riding rougher in the front end, I'm glad these guys were so quick to diagnose. Can't imagine how many MPG I lost running that rough on damaged bearings.
Nice guys, and very very helpful. Cannot recommend enough!
