  • Further to my Wife's review above, I have had nothing but trouble with this company. They came once (as mentioned) and upon complaining that the treatment was completely ineffective, apparently sent someone out again. Despite no sign of this second visit (and the company insisting that they MUST have been and MUST have left an invoice) there was also no sign of any activity or spraying effect. Also: When I mentioned that no-one had accessed our rear garden either time (townhouse, middle of the block) because the garage keypad showed no entry, I was told "Well, we do have step ladders to access rear gardens". Just total smokescreen nonsense. After 5 separate phone calls, I was told that they don't spray gardens, only lawns. Despite someone from their company apparently having been twice to our house and not noticing the lack of lawn and also despite us describing in great detail what our garden was like before we decided if the service was right for us (and being assured it would work) the company suddenly decided they didn't do our garden anyway. I had to struggle and contact again and again to get a refund and was offered a partial (50%) on the basis of the first non-effective visit being performed. Only after the company let slip that they only do lawns and with us not having one there was nothing that COULD have sprayed produced a very pissy and rude final admission that we'd see a full refund. The refund took 6 weeks from cancelling the service. Almost all of the call handling staff were decidedly evasive about any actual facts and I was even told that it is not their responsibility to check that their technicians are spraying what they should be spraying "How am I supposed to know you don't have a lawn?" was one response. My answer was "Well, because we told you when we booked the service and your technician should have reported no lawn was present the time they came, should they not?". So I find this company to be entirely unprofessional and wouldn't recommend anyone pursue their services.
