  • I love Metro Brasserie. Why? I've been to France a kajillion times and it's a quintessential corner French Bistro. No, it's certainly not "The French Laundry" which is not even a Bistro, but if you're looking for the classic experience, the food is spot on, great service and some good French classics for those that are looking for a reliable and delicious culinary excursion to France. Steak Frites are about as close as you're going to get to L'Entrecote as you're going to get outside of France.
