  • We were with a big group. 25. Flames burger was good. Drinks were slow. Paid my bill waitress maid no mention of auto gratuity. I just seen the machine to pay with the total. I added a top. She seen a double gratuity and just said thanks and ran. No mention of my mistake and offer a refund of my error. $11 tip on a 35 bill. Nice touch.
