  • This company is HORRIBLE. I've been renting for 20 years, and I've never been screwed over like I was by them. I was a model tenant. When I moved out, $400 was deducted from my deposit for maintenance-related fees: maid service, landscaping, carpet cleaning, BATTERIES for smoke detectors etc .... none of these charges were "damages" and weren't stipulated in my lease (meaning, I wasn't required to have carpets cleaned before move-out, etc.) The place was spotless when I moved out. I complained, in writing, but they ignored it, banking on the fact that getting a lawyer will cost more than what they charged me. It's UNACCEPTABLE and shady. Do not rent from these people!!!
