| - I am in the same boat as David....this place is so unprofessional and is apparently extremely desperate. Appears there it is a last ditch effort to collect any money from wherever they think they may get it.
They overcharged my insurance and, after agreeing to payment terms back in January with Shelby and Dr. Ehren (prior to treatment),Stacey and her office are chasing after me for a bill ($2300) I never should have been sent. My last treatment was on February 14, 2017 and was billed (for the fraudulent amount) for the first time in August.
I called multiple times to talk to anyone in the office, but didn't receive a call back until yesterday, December 9. The call was not kind, in fact, Robert was quite nasty, yet knew nothing about my account or agreement I made back in January. He didn't even have any amounts I had actually paid on my account. He informed me he was brought on after the divorce of the two doctors. He also wants to charge me $50 to even look at my personal medical file.
I am sickened at the aggression Stacey and Robert have towards collecting these fraudulent charges. I am even more sickened that former employees have not been paid.
I will, like David, be contacting the Arizona Board of Chiropractors and the Better Business Bureau about their deceptive, fraudulent and unprofessional behavior.
