| - O has always been on my bucket list of must-sees in Vegas. It did not disappoint!
I've always been a fan of Cirque du Soleil and seen a couple of their shows in Vegas as well as local shows in the Bay Area. O, by comparison, is significantly pricier than any of these past shows I've seen but it also the best so I thought well worth it.
I think I know why it's named O, because the entire time my mouth was in that shape from the sheer amazement of what I was watching. I won't give any spoilers but I will say the entire production - from the acrobatics, set, music, costumes... - it was nothing like I've ever seen.
We sat in section 102, but in hindsight I wish I chose seats in section 200 or even 300 instead. Our seats had a nice, upfront view but because there is so much to take in I think the higher and further back seats would provide a better view of everything.
Overall this is a must see. My only tip would be if you plan to see multiple shows while in Vegas, see this last. We made the mistake of seeing O first and another, non Cirque show, the following day and it made it difficult to thoroughly enjoy the 2nd show because we kept comparing it to O.
