rev:text	3 months later and calls to the water authority to make them adjust & repair broken sprinkler heads so they stop wasting precious water by watering the concrete walkways, asphalt or just shoot water up like it's the Ballagio fountains. Property management isn't managing the property if they aren't inspecting the property for broken sprinkler or ill adjusted heads. The entire staff appears to have been rotated out ... rotation from another one of the at least 3 other properties they manage in the area. New office staff continue to illegally park in the "Handicap/Disabled" designated parking just like the last crew. Tennats notice this and they too illegally park. I don't care, those who intentionally and chronically do this are intolerable & deserve the $250 fine, 4 points on your license and towing of your vehicle. Not staying in a community with a mindset like this any longer than I can tolerate losing my deposit for breaking my lease, but if something I'm looking for comes up, I will forfeit my deposit to move into a community with better morals & ethics (especially the crappy attitude and behavior towards the handicap/disabled citizens) Rent a house or buy one if you can swing a mortgage...this place is seriously in need of Top down ownership/management/office staff reform. They don't put any noticeable care or attention into this property and use funds to have activities which benefits the employees because the activities are only scheduled while they're on duty (guess what, the tenets who pay the exorbitant rent are working hard to pay rent) and tenets can't attend the activities because they're over by the time the arrive home from their jobs. Must be nice to enjoy the funds the tenets pay for activities almost exclusively are available to staff only due to the time held. I call BS. it just a slick way for them to have tenets fund their "staff/employee" parties/bbq's etc... all at the tenets expense without having to call it what it really is. Hope they enjoy all the great parties we fund, because I can't ask for time off to attend a party at my community because they don't have them after 5pm, just in time for staff to leave after enjoying all the refreshments, prizes etc we've all funded. SMH
