  • Worst place ever dirty not well managed since the last two management companies took over! It was from Dec 2914-March 2915 an amazing clean property, 2 pools, great original management company Greystar out of Scottsdale and staff with lots of activities for kids and adult to get acclimated into the community and great people. Unfortunately the last 2 two management companies had very inexperienced and poor property managers! Place was dirty the hallways never swept, pool chairs and bathroom dirty all the time! When moving out they keep security deposit and charge at least $485 extra to replace rugs or lie and say they did this even though the rugs were clean and in great shape, as when I moved in the new 3 bedroom apt located at the pool! A lot of shady characters are allowed to rent swearing etc. lack of class people.... It was a very kid friendly and professional community as well before the new management. Sad what a management company can do to a beautiful property and it was a great community however again will state would never rent there or recommend anyone renting here due the reasons mentioned above.
